Anyone who has obtained the HKSF Dinghy Level 2 Certificate or the HKSF Junior Sail 3 Certificate is eligible to join. Participants will be under the supervision of a certified sailing instructor while they sail and roam freely with other students on the waters of Little Palm Beach, working on individual skills. The instructor will also offer tips and advice for improvements, but there will be no fixed syllabus.
