Congratulationsto Tiffany Mak (ABC) and Emily Polson (RHKYC) for winning the Shine Tak Foundation Outstanding Junior Athlete Award from the Hong Kong Sports Institute. They were awarded for excellent performance over the last half year. They won different awards in both national and overseas championships. Tiffany and Emily placed 1st in the 29er Female and 29er U16T division, 3rd in the 29er U16S division, and 7th overall at the Australian 9er National Championships 2023.
In national regattas, they finished 1st place at the 29er class in both the Hong Kong Race Week and HHYC Open Dinghy Regatta. Since they are now racing overseas, the award was received on their behalf by Tiffany’s dad. Congratulations to Tiffany and Emily again.
